I am so happy to have found Alab SF! The food is fresh, organic, seasonal, nutritious, local, tasty. I can now eat how I have been wanting to eat, but couldn't make it happen. Mikki offers a variety of flavors, spices, herbs, fruits and vegetables, so you always have something interesting to enjoy. Now I always have something nourishing and tasty in my refrigerator to make sure I am on track with my healthy eating habits. On top of all that, Mikki has a passion for what he does and it shows in his food and business. Highly recommended!
I've tried a few different meal delivery services in the Bay Area and Alab is by far my favorite. The meals are consistently very high quality and I haven't seen a repeat item on the menu since I signed up a few months ago. The meals can be personalized for you based on your dietary preferences as well. My coworkers are jealous of the meals that I bring to work every day. Mikki is wonderful. He’s thoughtful and I knew it was a fit when we first chatted. His meal delivery service was exactly what my family needed. The meals are diverse, healthy, and most of all delicious!! Love the extras that come each week! The date truffles brought so much joy 😊 Ordering and delivery is so easy. And everything is earth friendly!!
I have been using Alab SF for a weekly meal for the past 2 months. I've been searching for a while for a meal service that a) uses delicious organic ingredients, b) can cater to a gluten free diet, and c) uses sustainable packaging. Alab checks all the boxes. Every week I look forward to selecting a yummy organic meal and equally looking forward to the Tue delivery. For a busy family, having this option has really helped us. Mikki is a great chef and has been very responsive. Highly recommended!

The best teriyaki I've ever had in my life and I'm from Seattle where it rains teriyaki (and water). Everything I had from Alab SF was healthy and delicious and the owner is a hard working and kind. I can recommend Alab without reservation.
We have absolutely loved our first couple of Alab deliveries! The delivery was very smooth, everything was packaged so nicely and it was helpful to have a paper version of the menu with reheating instructions included. The food itself is delicious, flavorful, and healthy (not too salty and not greasy the was take out always is). Our favorites so far are the Thai beef dish and the curries, but truly everything so far is wonderful. The superfood truffles and granola are great. This is a super wonderful option for busy families!
Clean, nourishing food from a local (growing) business. Been getting my dinners from Alab SF for a month or so now and have no intention of stopping. I especially appreciate that Mikki's meals come in reusable glassware! Most of the other meal-prep services create heaps of plastic waste.
Had my first delivery arrive and the whole process was easy & convenient. The food arrives in a nice bag, food is neatly packed into Glassware and clearly labeled. I like that the idea is to minimize one-time packaging, hence the Glassware 👏🏼. The food is delicious and appetizing. Quantity is sufficient. There are about 4-5 full meals with my food plan (comes out to about $20-$25/meal). Honestly that’s great in comparison for when I eat out or if I buy food and prep myself and yea at times my produce goes bad or my cooking option isn’t as healthy. You can see how much effort went into the chosen quality of ingredients and preparation of meals. The food looked appetizing and the taste of the food - delicious, healthy, & satisfying. The meal options are diverse and the meal plan has many inclusions. My problem is being able to pick between what meal to choose from for the next week, because they all look really good and I want to try them all. Customer service from Mikki was awesome, super kind guy, thank you for having this! This is everything I’m looking for when it comes to meal delivery: healthy, organic, carbon-footprint friendly; convenient, delicious, quality = quantity. Pleasantly surprised with my first arrival of food from Alab SF. I highly recommend Alab SF!
I choose this meal service company because their meals are delivered in glass containers and are organic and gluten-free, which was very important to me. compared with other companies that I have used, the quality is noticeably better. The food is tasty, well prepared ,and they offer new menu options every week in addition to their regular menu, which keep things interesting . The delivery system is very reliable, and I have been with them foe few months now , overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company.
